How do I set up my cottage for the first time?
After signing up, follow our setup wizard which will guide you through: adding cottage details, uploading images, setting up your calendar, configuring pricing, and connecting payment methods. Most cottages can be fully set up in under 30 minutes.
Can I sync with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes! Our platform supports two-way calendar synchronization via iCal. This prevents double bookings and allows you to manage all your bookings from one dashboard. Simply add your iCal URLs in the Calendar Sync section of your admin panel.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Guests can pay in full or use our deposit system. You can configure deposit percentages and balance due dates in your cottage settings.
How do I get my own custom domain?
Pro and Pro Plus plans include custom domain support. You can either bring your own domain or we can help you register one. Once configured, your cottage will be accessible at your custom domain (e.g., www.yourcottage.com).
